A villager who was fascinated by the village with its outstanding natural scenery and returned to farming was so fond of flowers that he took it up as a hobby in a small field of 300 pyeong in 2005. As the unexpectedly large number of visitors flocked to the village like clouds, attracting attention, the village residents and the representative festival began in 2007. We started with the idea of growing it, and this year, we held the 17th Wonju Yongsugol Flower Poppy Festival.
