The Donghae Line is a double track train that runs from Bujeon to Ilgwang, and it takes 37 minutes to reach Ilgwang Station through the complex downtown of Busan. The charm of Donghae Line is that you can easily and conveniently meet the blue sea, such as Ilgwang Beach, Daebyeon Port, and Jukseong-ri. Ilgwang Beach is a 10-minute walk from Ilgwang Station, and if you take a bus from Gijang Station, you will reach Jukseong Dream Cathedral and Daebyeon Port. Jukseong Dream Cathedral is a drama filming location, and the scenery harmonized with the sea is beautiful. Nearby, there is Gijang Jukseong-ri Waeseong, built by the Japanese during the Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592, and Gijang Jukseong-ri Haesong, which is about 300 years old. Daebyeon Port has a strong scent of the sea, from the World Cup Memorial Lighthouse to Jukdo Island. The Busan National Science Museum, near Osiria Station, is a place to learn through science experiences, and Suyeong Historical Park, located near BEXCO Station, is a place to meet history. If traveling by sea is a little disappointing, let’s take the Songdo Marine Cable Car. It is thrilling to cross over the sea at a height of 86m. Hwangryeongsan Mountain has an open view in all directions, so it is good to capture the scenery of Busan, the home of the sea.
