The Center of Korea’s Independence Movement, Daegu National Debt Redemption Memorial Hall

When talking about the history of the independence movement in Korea, the most important part is the national debt redemption movement. As a movement to protect national sovereignty by repaying national debt with the power of the people, it was initiated by Seo Sang-don on January 29, 1907 and spread nationwide. The National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Hall, located in Jung-gu, Daegu, is a place where data on the National Debt Redemption Movement are gathered in one place.
