We support the nurturing and development of culture and arts by providing a place to enjoy and awaken the potential creative energy of young people to lay the driving force and cultural foundation for the future Korean Wave.  In addition, by decorating the festival with a stage of various colors and performing for the youth, it creates a place for exchange with other generations, narrowing the gap between generations, and providing a place to become one through communication through art.  In addition, it presents a new vision by strengthening cultural exchanges beyond Korea and around the world, providing a growth engine for global art that grows together through friendship and cooperation through friendly competition among multinational youth beyond nationality and language.  DYAF is a festival that is a venue for young people to begin their grand dreams of art and a leap forward for cultural artists who will lead the future.  The local festival may change depending on the circumstances of the hosting organization.
