To celebrate the 79th anniversary of liberation, the 2024 Seodaemun Independence Festival will be held for three days from Tuesday, August 13 to the 15th, Liberation Day, at the Seodaemun Prison History Hall and Independence Park.
This festival is held under the theme of “Today, achieved through liberation, a 100% happy Republic of Korea that we will achieve together”, and various celebratory cultural events are held to share the joy of liberation with citizens and to unite everyone to hope for a 100% happy Republic of Korea.
