Seoul City Wall is 18.6km long along the ridges of Bukaksan (Baegak), Naksan, Namsan, and Inwangsan. It is a capital city with a history of 600 years of Joseon Dynasty, and there are quite a few places where you can see the splendid night view of downtown Seoul as you climb the four mountains. In particular, the Naksan section of the Seoul City Wall from Heunginjimun to Hyehwamun can be easily strolled by men and women of all ages, and Naksan Park is a more beautiful spot at night as you can see the sunset over Bukaksan and Bukhansan ridges and the night view of downtown Seoul at once. Let’s cool down from the heat by enjoying the night view of Seoul with the cool breeze on a midsummer night. Around Heunginjimun, the recently opened Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), a shopping mall, and the Cheonggyecheon area are shimmering with colorful lights, making it the highlight of the city’s night view. Gwangjang Market famous for drug kimbap and bindaetteok, Gopchang Alley and Chicken Hanmari Alley around Sinjin Market, Jangchung-dong Jokbal Alley, and Sindang-dong Tteokbokki Alley, designated as a street specializing in food, are close by, so you can finish your trip with a glass of delicious food.
