There is no meat that has met water. A guy who rushes after a ball thrown by his owner, a guy who savvyly navigates between dense wooden poles, a guy who jumps over wooden bridges that are taller than himself, a guy who wags his tail in front of someone else’s dog who doesn’t know one another and eats snacks. Even good guys, it’s literally a canine world. Incheon Grand Park Dog Playground is a play area and a resting place for canines, by canines, and for canines. Opened in 2018, it is 3524 square meters, about half the size of a soccer field. Half of them are operated as a playground for small dogs and the other half for medium and large dogs. Animals that have not been registered or fierce dogs such as Tosa Dogs, American Pit Bull Terriers, and American Staffordshire Terriers are not allowed to enter. In Incheon Grand Park, dogs are allowed in all spaces. Citizen’s Forest is the second most visited place by dog owners after the dog playground. The installation of a small shade tent is allowed, so it is good to spend a leisurely time like camping with your dog. Dream Park Wildflower Park, where wild flowers bloom and wither throughout the year, Forest Park, which has an obstacle-free path to the entrance of Gyeyangsan Mountain, and Gyeongin Ara Waterway, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the pretty waterway, are also representative dog-friendly travel destinations in Incheon. Dream Park Wildflower Park also has a dog playground equipped with rides exclusively for dogs.
