Gureopdo Island is a jewel-like island off the coast of Incheon. The island is equipped with a secluded beach, sand dunes, marine terrain, and trails connecting ridges. The forest road on the island has been selected as a ‘beautiful forest’. In the forest, you may accidentally spot a herd of deer. In addition to the small beaches, Guleopdo Island is impressive with unique rock formations eroded by waves and salt winds, such as Elephant Rock and Rabbit Island. If you walk along the island hill, which is a volcanic island, you may feel as if you are walking on an oreum in Jeju Island. Deokjeokdo Island, which is located near Guleopdo Island, has wide and calm Seopori Beach and Batjireum Beach, where pine forests and wild flowers are in harmony, making it a good place for family vacations. There is also a neat forest bathing area around Seopori. When you climb Bijobong Peak on Deokjeokdo Island, the nearby islands of the West Sea spread out like an unexplored view. To Deokjeokdo Island, there is a high-speed boat from Incheon Yeonan Pier. To get to Guleopdo Island, you have to change boats once more at Deokjeokdo Island.
