インチョンチャイナタウンの北城洞オリジナルジャージャンメンストリートは、中国料理のフードアレイです。カラフルな赤い建物と赤いランタンの組み合わせは、伝統的な中国の通りを思い出させます。町にある中国料理のほかにも、共慶房、月餅、糖葫蘆などの中国風料理を販売しているレストランが多数あり、食事に出かけるのに最適な場所です。ジャジャンメンミュージアムは、ジャージャンメンに関するすべてのことを学ぶことができる博物館です。建物に位置する全霊洞公和駐館（国の登録文化財）です。公和駐館は、商人に宿泊と食事を提供していた場所でしたが、中国料理が人気になるにつれてレストランスペースが拡大しました。ここで春醤（中国の黒豆醤）を使って初めてジャジャンメンを作り、それが仁川の港で働く中国人労働者の空腹を満たしたと言われています。その後、玉ねぎと豚肉を加えて私たちの味に合わせてジャジャンメンが変わり、今でも韓国人のお気に入りの食べ物の一つとされています。
