Last June, the Seoul Yangyang Expressway was completely opened, making it easier to meet the valleys around Sangnam-myeon and Girin-myeon in Inje-gun. In Sangnam-myeon, there is Misan Village surrounded by beautiful mountains such as Gaeinsan Mountain and Bangtaesan Mountain. The Misan Valley, which is the upper part of Naerincheon Stream, and the mountains are beautiful. In Misan Valley, you can enjoy river bugging, which was introduced for the first time in Korea. River bugging is a thrilling one-person water sports using rapids. Naerincheon is the best rafting spot in Korea with many rapids and a long course. Unlike river bugging, rafting is a water sport where unity is important. In Girin-myeon, the Vibration Valley that flows between Bangtaesan Mountain and Gombaeryeong, and the clear valleys of Akimgari and Yeongari, which are part of ‘Samdunsagari’, are famous. Bangtaesan Natural Recreation Forest’s two-tiered waterfall and forest valley are also good for spending a hot summer.
