National Road No. 17 (hereinafter referred to as National Road No. 17) is one of the roads that crosses the Korean Peninsula from north to south, starting from Yangji-myeon, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, passing Daejeon Metropolitan City, and ending at Dolsan-eup, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do. In the case of National Road Section 17 connecting Yangji Interchange, Juksan-myeon, Anseong-si, and Gwanghyewon-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, it is used as a detour when Yeongdong Expressway and Jungbu Expressway suffer from traffic jams during holidays such as Chuseok and Lunar New Year. Around the Yongin-Anseong section of National Road No. 17, there are tourist attractions and delicacies such as Hantaek Botanical Garden, Baekam Sundae, Jukju Mountain Fortress, Anseong Herb Village, Anseong Gume Nongsa Village, and Chiljangsa Temple. If you visit the Hantaek Botanical Garden on an autumn day, you can appreciate beautiful Korean flowers such as Beetle Michwi, Gujeolcho, Matari, and Solche Flower. Anseong Herb Village is a good place to taste herbal dishes while intoxicating with the scent of herbs. Chiljangsa is a famous place to enjoy walking and meditating at the same time.
