The Asan Seongwoong Yi Sun-sin Festival is a festival in honor of Admiral Yi Sun-sin, a great general who saved the country, and learns the trajectory of his life through participation and experience.
Since it was held in the name of Onyang Cultural Festival for the first time in 1961, it has been held every year and continues to this day. Since 2004, it has been held with the name changed to Asan Seongwoong Yi Sun-shin Festival. Due to COVID-19, the festival was temporarily suspended after the 2019 festival. .
