韓国のウルサン市である東区で開催される鬼の祭典「ドッケビの騒ぎ」は、ウルサン全国芸術祭の第20回目で、アーティストによって創られ、続けられます。 ドッケビ南障は、全国のドッケビたちが一つの場所に集まると秘密の扉が開くというコンセプトで計画されました。 市内で目覚める秘密の扉で開催されるパフォーマンスや体験プログラムが準備されています。
